Terms

By using this website you accept these terms in full. They are short on purpose: the site’s function is narrow, and so is the relationship it creates.

What this site is

Five Pound Bonus is an independent reviews and information site about online casinos, bonuses, payments and slots, written for an audience in the UK. We publish opinions, arithmetic and guides. We are not a gambling operator, we hold no gambling licence of any kind, and we do not accept wagers, deposits or accounts on this domain.

No gambling advice, no promises

Nothing here is financial, legal or gambling advice. Guides explain how bonus terms, payment rails and game mechanics work in general; they are not predictions and not recommendations to bet. Offer terms change without warning and vary by operator, region and promotion. Where we describe typical ranges we say so; the terms on the operator’s own page are the only ones that apply to your play, and you should read them every time.

We test what we can verify and label what we cannot. Scores are editorial. When a scorecard is ordered, the ordering reflects our published criteria and nothing else. If we ever take a commercial arrangement that could change that, this page and the board note will say so in the same breath.

Eligibility and honest limits

Gambling is for adults: you must be 18 or older, and you must confirm that online gambling with offshore operators is lawful where you live before following any claim link. Some of the casinos we discuss hold no UK licence. That means UKGC protections, UK dispute routes and GAMSTOP coverage do not apply to play on those brands, and using them is a decision about risk that only you can make. If gambling is not lawful for you, or it has stopped being entertainment, close the tab and use the helpline in the footer.

Liability

We work to keep information current and correct, but we accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on this site, from errors in third-party terms, or from play on any operator. External sites are responsible for their own content, terms and behaviour. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and nothing in them limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
